Bright Lilies is a realistic watercolor painting on paper that is focused on the beauty of white in a still life painting. The background of dark blue accents the bright flowers making them pop while the use of bright green emphasizes the freshness of the flowers. The diffuse background and stems seen through the glass vase add to the contrast with the detailed flowers. The painting is double matted in white with a modern silver finished wooden frame.
